Panther Chameleons vary in their color and patterning, based on where they come from off the island of Madagascar. This is the only island they naturally occur on, in the entire world! Even though they may look quite different from one another, they are all "Furcifer pardalis." No one color morph is hardier or more personable. Personality is an individual trait and may vary from chameleon to chameleon. The younger the chameleon is, the easier to tame.
