We have a 14 day guarantee on our animals. We must be notified of any problem or concern within this 14 day period in order to maintain your warranty. When you purchase our complete 22-item Panther Package, your warranty is extended to 45 days!

We can not guarantee the sex of baby chameleon species. Some species are difficult to determine when young. By the time most of our Panthers are ready for new homes, we sex them with "nearly" 100% accuracy, but no 100% guarantee.

Our chameleons are shipped via UPS Next Day Air, a direct door-to-door, overnight service. Insurance for your package is included. Guaranteed arrival time is 10:30 am to most areas within the United States (depending on your zip code). All guarantees are waived if someone is not there to accept delivery at time of arrival. We ship Monday - Wednesday for Tuesday - Thursday arrival. Cages and dry goods are sent UPS Ground and take from 1-5 days to arrive (again, depending on your zip code).
Shipping costs for animals and/or dry goods, are non-refundable. Dry goods may or may not have manufacturer guarantees. Check manufactures' packaging for full details. Dry goods and books are eligible for exchange ONLY if found to be defective or damaged during shipping. If dry goods are returned because someone changed their mind about ordering them, there is a 10% restocking fee. The shipping cost of returning these items, is also the customer's responsibility. Again, these items must be returned in new condition and their original packaging. We only sell BRAND NEW GOODS. Nothing which is returned to us opened, used or taken out of its original packaging, will be refunded.

Orders will be confirmed prior to shipping. We do not guarantee live arrival if temperatures are below 30F or above 90F.

All DOA claims must be made within 24 hours of arrival. In order to obtain credit, you must save the animal's body for further instructions.

If possible, DOA's will be replaced with the same type of animal or an animal of equal value (new shipping charges to be covered by the customer), otherwise a refund will be given. On such refunds, shipping charges are non-refundable.
